The scope of this job includes collaboration with sales, solution development, and implementation teams to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate the value of WellSky solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with project managers to recommend, plan, and execute development implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives and develop recommendations for mitigating project risks.\nFacilitate discovery sessions to gather and write requirements and assess feasibility of the custom solution. \nArchitect custom solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance by leveraging expertise in development tools and technical modalities.\nPerform debugging and root cause analysis for custom solution issues, including documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.\nDemonstrate expert knowledge in at least one solution application by utilizing multiple functionalities, tools, and modalities for effective customization.\nCommunicate effectively with clients regarding the feasibility of requests by providing tailored explanations and ensuring scope adherence.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 4-6 years relevant work experience\nProgramming and software development experience, including coding, testing, debugging, and delivering technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle\nExperience with SQL development and database querying\nExperience developing applications using C#\nExperience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub\nExperience building and supporting web services and Web APIs\nAbility to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate technical and non-technical concepts into solution designs and specifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with clients and stakeholders\nAbility to work directly with customers to identify, troubleshoot, and solve complex business and technical challenges\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies) to enhance software development, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution design\nDemonstrated interest in adopting emerging AI technologies and incorporating AI-enabled tools into daily workflows\nExperience working in consulting, implementation, professional services, or other client-facing technical environments\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
