We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!\nKey Responsibilities \nDraft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal compliance requirements, including especially HIPAA and other statutes applicable to data privacy, health IT, and services supporting healthcare providers. \nOversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s regulatory compliance internal controls. \nLead internal investigations to assess the organization’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., conflict of interest review). \nLead efforts to implement integration of AI capabilities into compliance workflows \nReport to the WellSky Compliance Committee on the health of compliance program activities, initiatives, and adherence. \nPerform other job duties as assigned. \nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent \nAt least 8-12 years of related work experience \nPreferred qualifications\nConfiguring and managing GRC tool, Onspring preferred \nExperience with supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT Software \nJob Expectations \nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
