We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate and manage complex project schedules, budgets, and resource management for large/enterprise clients, oversee daily operations, and make strategic revisions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.\nRegularly and proactively communicate with the project team, provide updates, identify potential risks, and lead project planning and status meetings.\nLead both project management and executive steering committee meetings to align client and WellSky teams and deliver concise executive-level reporting on project status and performance metrics.\nDevelop advanced knowledge of each client’s business, organization, and objectives to drive improved project execution, generate leads for future sales, and support strategic outcomes.\nCultivate strong strategic partnerships with client project managers, project sponsors, and key internal stakeholders to support effective change management and drive long-term adoption and success of the solution.\nLeverage methods and procedures to ensure consistent results, proactively identify process improvements, implement efficiency measures, and mentor new project managers by fostering a collaborative working environment.\nPerform other job duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nAt least 8-12 years relevant work experience\nDemonstrated experience working as a billable resource within a Professional Services function, with a clear understanding of utilization targets and client-facing delivery expectations\nProven ability to manage project budgets, including planning, tracking, and adjusting financials to align with scope, timelines, and resource allocations\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in the hospice industry, with an understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, or healthcare technology environments.\nCertification in Project Management or a related discipline, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent.\nDemonstrated experience developing and implementing project methodologies for new solution implementations.\nJob Expectations:\nWilling to travel up to 50% based on business needs\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
