candidate will inspire learners through engaging classroom instruction, foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and prepare students for outstanding performance in external examinations.\nWellspring College is seeking to engage an innovative, passionate, and results-driven ICT Teacher who is committed to equipping students with the digital knowledge and practical skills required to excel in a technology-driven world.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCreate a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and digital literacy.\nAssess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where necessary.\nMaintain accurate records of students' performance and progress.\nPrepare students for external examinations with a focus on achieving outstanding results.\nContribute to the holistic development of students through mentorship and positive role modelling.\nPlan and deliver engaging ICT lessons in line with the College's curriculum and best teaching practices.\nPerform other duties as may be assigned by the Management.\nParticipate actively in departmental meetings, professional development programmes, and other College activities.\nIntegrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.\n\nRequirements\n\nA recognized teaching qualification is an added advantage.\nMinimum of 7 years' teaching experience, preferably in a reputable College.\nA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ICT Education, or a related discipline.\n\nMethod
