Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.\nWith 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (Payments) to lead the integration and management of various Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into our proprietary payment gateway. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal payment performance and building strong relationships with our payment partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeverage payments expertise and market insights to shape strategic partnerships that create value for Welltech and its users\n\nEstablish new partnerships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers that are needed to expand the payment method portfolio and improve processing excellence worldwide\n\nManage and develop relationships with existing partners and communicate with them about fluctuations in payment metrics performance, and collaborate to implement improvements\n\nNegotiate new terms and conditions related to commissions, volumes, etc.\n\nEnsure all partner agreements and activities meet applicable regulatory, AML, and compliance obligations\n\nGather inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including payment ops, product, engineering, treasury, finance, legal, etc.) on the creation and execution of the partnerships to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutions\n\nAct as the primary contact for designated partners\n\nResponsible for the coordination and monitoring of the entire partner setup\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships roles within the payments or fintech space.\n\nSolid understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card schemes, APMs (alternative payment methods), acquirers, and routing logic\n\nKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (AML, PSD2, 3DS, card scheme rules)\n\nStrong interpersonal and partner-facing communication skills -
