The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of procurement best practices, strong business acumen, and experience working in a fast-paced international environment. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency across all purchasing activities, and building a high-performing procurement team. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and foster cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring favorable commercial terms and effective risk management.\n\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives, tender processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations to achieve optimal business outcomes.\n\nAct as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, providing procurement expertise and guidance on supplier selection, commercial decisions, and purchasing strategies.\n\nIdentify and deliver cost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier spend, and drive value through effective supplier management.\n\nDrive continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and workflows, taking a hands-on role in the configuration, optimization, and enhancement of Jira and ERP systems.\n\nRequired skills\nProfessional Experience:\n\n 5-7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.\nExperience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry.\nStrong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.\nEducation & Certifications:\n\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n\n Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.\nSkills & Knowledge:\n\n Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.\nUnderstanding of procurement compliance and risk management.\nLeadership & Communication:\nExcellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nFluent in English (written and spoken);
