Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.\nWith 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to own the analytics and frameworks behind how we pay: compensation ranges, review cycle models, market benchmarking, pay gap analysis; plus our benefits programs across our hubs. Strong with data, fluent in spreadsheets, confident with stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain compensation analytics and reporting that leadership and HRBPs actually use.\n\nMaintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations and cooperation models.\n\nRun the mechanics of our compensation review cycles: matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, compensation statements.\n\nRun market benchmarking end to end: data submissions, survey analysis, positioning conclusions, and a clear recommendation\n\nSupport the EU Pay Transparency rollout: pay gap analysis, action plans where gaps exceed thresholds, and getting us ready to answer pay questions properly\n\nContribute to job architecture, job evaluation and levelling.\n\nDesign and administer bonus schemes and keep the rules defensible and documented.\n\nOwn benefits renewals end to end: benchmarking, vendor negotiation prep, business cases, contracts with Procurement, comms.\n\nOwn the benefits budget and track effectiveness.\n\nUse AI and automation to take manual work out of recurring analytics and processes.\n\nRequired skills\nSolid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in implementing effective compensation and benefits practices for international markets.\n\nStrong ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions while making complex data easy to understand.\n\nExperience in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.\n\nYou are considered an Excel expert by your peers, have advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations.\n\nCapable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, successful execution.\n\nCandidate journey\n⭕ Recruiter call --> ⭕ Meet a team member --> ⭕ Skills assessment--> ⭕ Meet the Leadership team\nWhy You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:\nGrow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
