This role is designed to provide independent field-based oversight to ensure project quality, consistency, and adherence to Welltower’s design and construction standards. By validating workmanship, materials, and project schedules, this position helps maintain operational excellence and supports Welltower’s commitment to delivering best-in-class environments across its portfolio.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProject Inspectors will serve as an independent, field-based quality and compliance resource reporting directly VP of Capital. The related reports will be available to the GVP, the Head of Asset Management, the COO and the CFO.\nConduct In-Progress and post completion inspections of various high value/risk CapEx and Redevelopment projects.\nAudit project plans, schedules and budgets against field conditions.\nProvide photographic documentation and standardized inspection reports for leadership review.\nValidate workmanship, materials and adherence to Welltower design standards.\nIdentify trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements and accountability measures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.\nSupport Operator feedback loops to address staff/resident disruptions and concerns. \n\nOTHER DUTIES\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job.
