The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to provide comprehensive training to stakeholders and deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and offer ongoing support to ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the software to its fullest potential.\nThe Software Trainer will be required to work within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.\nWelltower is growing, fueled by a disciplined approach to capital allocation, a robust data science platform, and strong operating performance. We welcome qualified candidates to apply.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives\nDelivers instructor-led and virtual training sessions on the Yardi Senior product suite, tailoring to the needs of stakeholders\nEnsures training is engaging, interactive, and effective for stakeholders of all skill levels\nCreates and maintains a variety of training resources, including user guides, tutorials, video lessons, and FAQs, to help stakeholders understand and navigate the software\nContinuously update materials to reflect product changes and improvements\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the Yardi Senior product suite, including new features, updates, and best practices\nUses expertise to proactively recommend improvements to workflows and processes\nOrganizes and schedules training sessions for stakeholders\nMonitor attendance, feedback, and progress to ensure successful training outcomes\nCollaborates with internal support teams to resolve technical challenges\nMonitors CRM system performance and data accuracy\nUnderstands and fosters cross-program and cross-functional dependencies to champion execution success and maximize value capture\nDevelops regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholders\nAnticipates and mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions\nOTHER DUTIES\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job.
