This role is ideal for someone experienced, calm under pressure and committed to providing safe, person-centred supports.\nAbout the Role\nYou will provide support to participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, supporting their safety, dignity and quality of life. Supports may take place in the home and community and require strong boundaries, emotional awareness and teamwork.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProviding respectful personal care and daily living support\nBuilding trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support\nAccurate documentation and communication with the wider support team\nShifts & Rostering\n Buddy shifts provided to start (if required) for a safe and supported onboarding\nWeekends, evenings and overnight shifts available\nRotating roster, flexible shifts available\nAbout You\nYou bring a caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability and are reliable, dependable and committed to consistently showing up for participants.
