Together. is looking for a Health Linker to help people access the health, community and social supports they need to improve their wellbeing and work towards their recovery goals.\nThis is a people-focused role for someone who understands that good health is about more than appointments and treatment. Together. is a free mental health service for people aged 18 and over across the Murrumbidgee region.\nOur multidisciplinary teams work alongside general practices to provide person-centred, recovery-oriented and holistic support.
