It's about working alongside them to help them find their own way forward.\nAbout you\nYou're someone who sees the person beyond their challenges and believes that recovery is possible for everyone. You bring warmth, empathy and a genuine interest in helping people build lives that feel meaningful to them. You're comfortable building relationships, encouraging independence and working alongside people rather than making decisions for them.\nYou understand that recovery looks different for everyone, and you're passionate about creating an environment where people feel safe, respected and supported to make their own choices.\nYou might bring experience from mental health, psychosocial support, community services, disability support or another related field.
