We recognise that diverse experiences and perspectives strengthen our workforce and the communities we support.\nPermanent, part-time (equiv 3 - 4 days per week) opportunity based in Mildura\n\nSupport individuals in your own community in achieving their recovery goals\n\n$42.55p/h + superannuation + salary packaging benefits + leave loading\n\nAbout the opportunity\nUnder the direction of the Team Leader, the Recovery Worker completes initial conversations and assessments, develops action plans, and works alongside participants to support them in achieving their recovery goals.\nIn this role, you will facilitate group activities that build capacity, confidence and life skills, while providing individualised, person centred, recovery focused and trauma informed support. You will also support participants and their families, carers and supporters to connect with peer support, education programs and primary health services where appropriate.\nTravel between service locations is required as part of this role.
