We recognise that diverse experiences and perspectives strengthen our workforce and the communities we support.\nAbout this Opportunity\nWellways is seeking a compassionate and motivated Wellbeing Worker to join the Mildura Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) team. Delivered in partnership with Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH), PARC provides short-term, sub-acute mental health support for people who are becoming unwell or transitioning from an inpatient setting back into the community. The service focuses on strengthening recovery, promoting independence and helping individuals work towards fulfilling lives in their community.\nWorking under the guidance of the PARC Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Wellways team, clinical partners, participants, families and other stakeholders to deliver a supportive, recovery-oriented service. Your responsibilities will include participant intake and assessment, facilitating scheduled group programs, conducting daily keywork sessions and assisting with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility as required.
