apply straightforward corrections when explicitly covered by guidelines.\nIdentify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.\nEscalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.\nManage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.\nFollow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).\nMaintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.\nParticipate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.\nAdditional Job Details:\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nNative-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the required language(s) and strong cultural awareness of the relevant market(s).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.\nBasic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path).\nStrong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.\nComfort working with multiple tools and web platforms;
