generation, and account management functions.The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of;\nResponsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team through various channels\nActively support our global business development\nProvides key marketing research and identified new business development opportunities\nManage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com (CRM)\nDeveloped & manage client engagement strategies\nAssist implementing strategic approaches towards new key accounts/clients\nCreating monthly reports on all sales created through CSR's efforts\nWhat this looks like:\nIdentify key buyers through multiple lead gen channels (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google) based off the requirements provided by the regional sales managers\nEffectively manage large amounts of incoming calls\nIdentify and assess customer’s requirements and facilitate appropriately\nBuild sustainable relationships with clients and the BDM\nProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools\nMeet personal/team targets and call handling quotas\nKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents\nFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policies\nRespond to all client queries\nReview or make changes to customer accounts\nRecord details of customer contacts and actions taken\nReview and select standard responses for answers or solutions\nEscalate queries or quotes when needed\nIdentify new prospects within current clients\nClean/Update up old data within the CRM\nAdditional Job Details:\nREQUIREMENTS\n2-4 years of sales and/or account management experience\nBachelor’s Degree required\nKEY COMPETENCIES
