specific tasks, and completion of cleaning activities to consistently meet cleanliness standards.\nActing as a leader and mentor to custodial staff, providing training and development to ensure effective performance and adherence to departmental expectations.\nMonitoring facility quality control and staff productivity, ensuring the safe and effective use of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials.\nEnsuring inventory of cleaning products and supplies is well-stocked and utilized cost-effectively.\nEnforcing adherence to West Edmonton Mall Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures, and standards.\nConducting employee performance evaluations and managing disciplinary actions when necessary.\nAssisting in monitoring and addressing maintenance deficiencies in Parks & Attractions.\nTaking a hands-on role in ice maintenance and staff management at the Ice Palace.\nMaintaining prompt and clear email communication to respond to inquiries, provide updates, and coordinate with staff and other departments.\nUndertaking cleaning duties as required and assigned.\nCarrying a company cell phone to respond to inquiries and communicate with staff during shifts.\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial or cleaning management, ideally in large-scale facilities.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and crisis management skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail.\nTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:\nThis is a full-time or part-time hourly position that requires flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends.\nThis position has a starting wage of $21.00/hour.\nThis position requires the candidate to pass a basic security
