Every day can be a little different, making this a great position for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in solving problems.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCompleting a variety of general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and apartment make-readies\nResponding promptly to resident maintenance requests and completing work orders efficiently and professionally\nPerforming routine property inspections and identifying maintenance needs before they become larger problems\nPreparing apartments for new residents and ensuring units are clean, functional, and move-in ready\nManaging maintenance inventory and ordering parts and supplies as needed\nUsing good judgment to diagnose problems and determine the appropriate repair\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment\nWorking closely with Property Managers and the maintenance team to ensure properties are well cared for\nProviding support at different communities based on operational needs\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, organized, and takes pride in their work. The right person is comfortable working independently but also enjoys being part of a team.\nOur ideal candidate will have:\nAt least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily residential properties\nStrong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general apartment maintenance\nExperience with apartment turns/make-readies\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nThe ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines\nExcellent communication and customer-service skills\nThe ability to work independently with minimal supervision\nA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed\nA high school diploma or GED\nA valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical activity associated with property maintenance.
