Property Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations, appearance, leasing, resident relations, and overall performance of the assigned communities.\nResponsibilities include:\nOversee the daily operations of three residential properties totaling 124 units.\nMaintain a strong presence at the properties and provide exceptional service to residents.\nConduct daily and weekly comprehensive property inspections, with particular attention to preventative maintenance items.\nIdentify maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and curb-appeal issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.\nSupervise, coordinate, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.\nMarket available apartments and actively participate in leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.\nConduct property tours and follow up with prospective residents.\nOversee rental applications, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident communications.\nMaintain accurate property records and utilize Yardi Voyager for property accounting and management functions.\nMonitor property financial activity and assist with budgeting and accounting responsibilities.\nHandle resident concerns and work to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.\nEnsure company policies, procedures, and property standards are consistently followed.\nManage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of organization.\nParticipate in on-call responsibilities and work one weekend day as required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is professional, organized, proactive, and takes ownership of their community.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience\nYardi Voyager experience is essential\nStrong knowledge of property accounting and residential property operations.\nProven ability to market and lease apartments successfully.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer service and resident-relations skills.\nDemonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and vendors.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through.\nProfessional appearance and demeanor.\nMust live on-site.\nOn-call availability and one weekend day required.\nValid driver's license and evidence of auto
