Engineering: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-throughput backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8).\nArchitecture & Scalability: Collaborate with software architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable microservices and configure custom ASP.NET Core middleware.\nDatabase & Performance Optimization: Write efficient relational database schemas and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and execution plans for high-volume transactions.\nSystem Quality & Resilience: Drive test-driven development (TDD), write comprehensive unit tests, lead constructive code reviews, and diagnose production performance bottlenecks.\nCloud & DevOps Integration: Build and maintain cloud-native features deployed on AWS using containerization tools like Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.\nMentorship: Guide junior engineers on design best practices, clean coding standards (SOLID), and continuous delivery workflows.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience: 7–10 years in backend/full-lifecycle software engineering using C# and .NET Core.\nCore Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and relational databases (SQL Server).\nArchitectural Depth: Practical understanding of microservices architecture, ASP.NET Core middleware, OOP, and SOLID principles.\nCloud & Containers: Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred, or Azure) along with Docker containerization and CI/CD practices.\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
