This position is to provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the Engineering department, ensuring optimal customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.\nYou will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering excellent administrative support and customer service.\nKey Accountabilities\nPromote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HS&E programs and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.\nHandle procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs/POs in Maximo, managing invoicing, and supporting accounts payable.\nCoordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs to keep operations running smoothly.\nPrepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while driving improvements in reporting efficiency.\nMaintain and update the CMMS to ensure accurate, up-to-date maintenance records and reliable asset tracking.\nMonitor and validate utility usage (fuel, water, and electricity) to support cost control and sustainability goals.\nAssist with inventory control and stocktakes by managing data entry and collaborating with Stores personnel.\nProvide high-level administrative support to the Engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and daily operational efficiency.\nQualifications, Skills and Experience\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in planning/scheduling coordination, ideally in heavy equipment, engineering, or industrial environments.\nTrade-related background preferred, with hands-on understanding of workshop and maintenance operations.\nProficient in using systems such as Maximo, Oracle (for procurement/maintenance), and Microster (for payroll/rostering).\nAdvanced computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce accurate, insightful reports.\nThorough knowledge of administrative processes, including purchasing, receiving, and invoice management.\nExcellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service across all levels of the business.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering organisational results.\nAbout DP World\nTrade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
