In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, build strong supplier relationships, support procurement processes, and help keep projects on track.\nIt is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in delivering successful procurement outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities -\nEvaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability; maintain supplier relationships; conduct performance reviews; ensure accurate data entry in the Purchasing System\nOversee procurement activities for all project-related requirements\nProvide monthly procurement reports to the Procurement Managers in the APAC region.\nCreate and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure all procurement transactions are documented and tracked accurately.\nEnsure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.\nResolve any discrepancies between POs and supplier invoices, working with suppliers and finance teams to ensure accurate billing.\nPrepare regular procurement reports for senior management, outlining key metrics, spend analysis, and supplier performance\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced supplier relationships\nQualifications, Skills and Experience required:\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.\nStrong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.\nExcellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills\nProficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite\nSolid understanding of contract law and legal terminology\nExtensive experience in supply chain management\nProven experience in procurement processes and projects\nExperience with computerised procurement systems\nAbout DP World\nDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
