The projects are carefully spec'd and launched in succession, and we are moving forward with success however revisiting these is now essential in terms of consistency, quality, customer retention and increased profitability.\n\nA key role here is to consolidate:\n\nEnsure project dynamics and operations are being followed,\n\nEvolve systems and protocols,\n\nAnalyse for optimisations of company resources,\n\nElevate the competency in the supply chain,\n\nHighlighting weaknesses and feeding this up the line,\n\nBeing a live/hot-ready solutionist,\n\nThe Operations Department is at the edge of advancement, pushing this agenda,\n\nEnsuring company coherence - leadership.\n\n Years of experience:\n\n1+ years experience \n\nEducation \n\nRelevant Tertiary education would be advantageous \n\nCore Roles and Responsibilities of a Mid Operations Manager and Solutionist:\n\nA Midlevel Operations Solutionist combines the responsibilities of overseeing daily operations with identifying and solving complex business problems, essentially reviewing how tactics intertwined to ensure the greater strategy in being achieved. This role focuses on improving efficiency, driving innovation, and raising the company level and professionalism of the workforce.\n\nHere are the core roles and responsibilities with general contextual challenges or guides to the company's needs:\n\n Operational Oversight and Process Optimization:\n\nOversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.\n\nThe Driver Department.\n\nHow we hire, train, retain, retrain and contract.\n\nEnsure processes and protocols are being followed - contracting and compliance.\n\nThe Logistics Department\n\nEvolving the abilities of the Logistics Specialists (LS's),\n\nConsolidation - Evolving the LS's abilities 70%/30% split\n\n70% focused on evolution/ training/ protocol and process upgrade.\n\n30% New hires\n\nAnalyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nResearching cost to company leaks.\n\nFleet Department.\n\nService provider engagement.\n\nService and maintenance structures are being maintained.\n\nLeaks and wastage mitigation.\n\nFleet expansion opportunities.\n\nLogistics department\n\nTrips and driver performance reporting.\n\nReviewing communication matrix and protocols between the Driver and Logistics Department.\n\nCompany Culture Advantage -
