You’ll work closely with internal teams across Victoria and Queensland, ensuring invoices are correctly coded, approved and paid on time.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, resolving discrepancies and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess supplier invoices, ensuring purchase orders are referenced and invoices are accurately GL coded.\n\nManage the accounts payable inbox, forwarding invoices to the relevant teams for purchase orders and approvals.\n\nProcess employee reimbursements and reconcile supplier statements.\n\nPrepare and process weekly, semi-monthly and end-of-month payment runs.\n\nMaintain organised records of processed invoices within the appropriate payment folders.\n\nAssist with month-end accruals and cash flow forecasting.\n\nReconcile waste invoices and investigate discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.\n\nLiaise with internal stakeholders across CSA and Argus Operations teams in Victoria and Queensland to resolve invoice queries and keep processes running smoothly.\n\nAbout You\nYou’re a proactive and organised individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of financial administration accurately. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll bring:\nPrevious experience in accounts payable, invoice processing or a similar finance administration role.\n\nExperience using MYOB and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nStrong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy when handling financial data.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.\n\nA professional approach to handling confidential financial information.\n\nA proactive mindset, with a willingness to identify discrepancies, resolve issues and contribute to process improvements.\n\nAbout CSA and Waste Services Group\nCSA Specialised Services is part of Waste Services Group (WSG), one of Australia's largest integrated providers of managed services, waste collections and post-collection services to the SME resource recovery market.\nWith operations across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, WSG has grown through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
