Customer Success Representative

What you'll be doing:
Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform
Conducting nurture calls to support customer success
Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment
Having meaningful conversations to encourage ongoing platform engagement
Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations
Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity
Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities
Supporting the wider sales team where required
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

Previous experience in a phone-based environment is ideal
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in onboarding and building relationships is ideal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
