This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building rapport and turning conversations into opportunities.\nYou'll be contacting aged care and elderly medical facilities from a provided list, introducing the company's services and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive or Team Leader.\nWhat you'll be doing\nMaking 80+ outbound calls per day to potential customers\nSpeaking with aged care and medical facilities to generate new leads\nIdentifying interest and booking meetings for the sales team\nHandling objections and learning what messaging works best\nProviding feedback to your Team Leader on common objections and customer responses\nKeeping accurate records of your calls and outcomes\nWhat we're looking for\nThe key requirement is previous outbound calling experience. You don't need to be an expert in the product - we're looking for people who are confident on the phone, aren't afraid to make calls and are motivated by results.\nYou'll be a great fit if you're:\nConfident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls\nNaturally conversational and able to build rapport quickly\nResilient when handling objections or rejection\nMotivated by targets and earning additional commission\nProactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn\nComfortable working independently and taking ownership of your results\nThe details\nLocation: Burnley VIC 3121\nPay: $37.58 per hour + Super\nCommission: $100 per meeting booked\nHours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days\nStart: 19 October 2026\nInitial contract: Until 18 December 2026\nWork arrangement: Office-based week 1, then hybrid with 1 day in the office per week\nPotential: Extension and permanent opportunities available based on performance\nWhy you'll like this role\nSimple, one-day training: You'll receive a straightforward day of training covering the product, who you're speaking to and how the offering fits the market.
