Two numbers matter to us: how many people make a living through WePush, and how many millions of people brands reach through them\nTasks\nWhat you'll do\nThe bulk of your time: Run high-volume outbound calls \nLeverage Email & and LinkedIn to open new opportunities\nQualify inbound leads from events, campaigns, and organic interest, and book them into demos\nRun demo calls with small-cap customers and close your own deals\nKeep opportunities warm with consistent, well-timed follow-ups so nothing goes cold\nRepresent WePush at trade shows and industry events to source new leads\nKeep existing customers engaged with regular touchpoints and reporting\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\n1 to 3 years in SDR, inside sales, or B2B outbound, ideally in SaaS, agency, or the creator and marketing space\nFluent German and English, since our outreach and demo calls run in German\nA natural on the phone: you like calling and you're quick to build rapport\nSerious resilience and stamina: high call volumes and a fast pace energize you instead of wearing you down\nComfortable with a modern sales stack like Attio or similar CRMs, and happy to learn the tools we use\nHigh output and full ownership: you treat your pipeline like your own P&L and you don't wait to be told what to do\nBenefits\nWhy work at WePush\nThis is a rare chance to shape a category leader from the front.
