We’re passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.\nOverview\nJob Summary\nThe Associate Manager, Digital Marketing and Platforms plays a pivotal role in advancing Werfen's global digital strategy for Hemostasis and Acute Care Diagnostics. This individual will drive impactful digital experiences through innovative campaigns, marketing technologies, and data-driven insights that strengthen customer engagement and support business growth worldwide. Working across a global network of marketing, commercial, and functional teams, this role serves as a champion for digital excellence, connecting strategy, content, platforms, and analytics to deliver meaningful customer experiences and measurable results.\nResponsibilities\nKey Accountabilities\nManage and optimize Werfen's digital platforms, including the website, HubSpot, Highspot, and Salesforce. \nDrive platform adoption, usability, and best practices across global and regional teams. \nSupport continuous improvement of the digital ecosystem to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. \nExecute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. \nLead digital promotion for trade shows, webinars, product launches, and other strategic marketing initiatives. \nManage campaign tactics including landing pages, email marketing, social media, paid media, and marketing automation. \nAnalyze digital and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. \nEstablish and promote a test-and-learn approach to optimize engagement and conversion.\nTrack key performance indicators across digital platforms and channels.\nCollaborate with Worldwide Marketing, Marketing Communications, Regional Marketing, and business stakeholders to align digital initiatives.\nEnsure consistent brand messaging, content standards, and digital best practices globally. \nMaintain governance and compliance standards across digital platforms and content. \nManage relationships with external agencies and digital partners to ensure quality execution and project delivery. \nSupport budget management and optimize digital investments to maximize business impact. \nDrive efficient, scalable execution of digital initiatives and programs. \nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:\nBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. \n3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or marketing technology.\nExperience with platforms such as Salesforce, Drupal, HubSpot, Highspot, or similar technologies.\nHealthcare, life sciences, or medical diagnostics experience preferred. \nManagement has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement. \nSkills & Capabilities:\nStrong digital marketing and campaign management expertise. \nExperience with marketing automation, CRM, and content management platforms. \nStrong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. \nAbility to collaborate across a global organization and influence stakeholders. \nExperience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets. \nTravel Requirements\nNo more than 10% of the time. \nThe annual base salary range for this role is currently $80,000 to $110,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.\nThis role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
