We’re passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.\nOverview\nJob Summary\nThe Calibration & Facility Technician III is responsible for a variety of tasks involving: managing the preventative maintenance and calibration, and on-demand repair program[SS1.1] [SS2.1][KS2.2]for all manufacturing and laboratory equipment ensuring timely resolution and compliance with Werfen’s procedures and exoectations. Provide oversight and support to the Manufacturing and Quality Control laboratory equipment. Other miscellaneous tasks to help keep facility up and running for optimal manufacturing operations.\nResponsibilities\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the site’s master calibration and preventitive maintenance program of equipment, instrumnets, and facility to ensure their conformance to corporate and regulatory policy.\nResponsible to test, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment per established procedures. \nSchedule service providers for on-site and off-site calibration or PM needs. \nUnderstand and comply with any/all guidelines within the company Quality Manual, cGMP, GDP, FDA, ISO, Housekeeping, and Departmental Compliance.\nPerform preventive maintenance and repair of the utility equipment and the Facility (this includes but is not limited to House Vacuume system, Air Compressor, Back-up Generators, and the genral upkeep of the facility)\nManage real-time temperature monitoring alarms and their recovery activities with the owning department. \nResponsible for confirmation of weekly and daily cleaning logs.\nNetworking/Key relationships\nQualifications\nMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:\nAssociates’s Degree (AA)or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nIsensix Refrigerator and Freezer Remote monitoring system\nHouse Vacuum and Compressed Air system knowledge. \nLaboratory exposure us a must.\nSkills and Capabilities required for the position:\nThe Calibration & Facilities Technician III role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team objectives.\nMust be proficient in the use of instrumentation required to maintain the facility and production equipment.\nMust be able to work closely and communicate with other departments \nMust be able to work overtime and weekend when needed to meet customer demands.\nAbilty to apply common sense understandng to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form. \nAbility to deal with problems invoving several concrete variables in standardized situations. \nShows commitment to quality and total manufacturing satisfaction by dedicating their skills to achieve zero error. \nTravel requirements: N/A\nClosing\nIf you are interested in constantly learning and being challenged on a daily basis we encourage you to submit your resume or CV.\nWerfen is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workplace.
