Manages a technical team consisting of software developers as well as software testers.\nResponsibilities\nKey Accountabilities\nDrives the test strategy aligned with Werfen’s Design Controls. \nCollaborates with the software leadership team to define an overall qualification strategy. \nProvides software technical leadership on Software Test Automation Center of Excellence. \nDrives the proliferation of continuous integration testing. \nCollaborates with peers to define and evolve software qualification processes (including test creation, traceability, automated DHF artifact creation, i.e., verification structure report) \nOwns Software Test Automation frameworks and design supported by Test Automation Architect. \nSupports Software development team in evaluation and investigation, of software defects. \nProvides level of effort for assigned software testing activities; tracks personal estimates over time to improve accuracy \nPeople Management - Career planning, performance management, staffing \nFollows project and corporate software plans, standards, and procedures to perform software testing and test automation. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.\nThis role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
