The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals on civil engineering projects, gaining exposure to design, planning, infrastructure development, and site-related activities.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nMinimum Requirements\n\nBachelor's Degree or BEng/BTech Degree in Civil Engineering.\n\nRecently graduated or fresh out of university.\n\nNo previous work experience required.\n\nBasic knowledge of civil engineering principles and design practices.\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will be advantageous.\n\nStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and organisational abilities.\n\nWillingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally.\n\nValid driver's licence will be advantageous.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist with the design and development of civil engineering projects.\n\nPrepare and update engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.\n\nAssist with the design of roads, stormwater systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and earthworks.\n\nConduct site inspections and assist with monitoring project progress.\n\nAssist with measurements, calculations, technical assessments, and reports.\n\nLiaise with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.\n\nEnsure that designs and project documentation comply with relevant engineering standards and specifications.\n\nSupport senior engineers with project planning, coordination, and problem-solving.\n\nGain practical experience in engineering design, project execution, and site supervision.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to establish a career in civil engineering.
