You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems operate safely, reliably, and effectively across diverse conditions.\nYou will also have opportunities to participate in global project deployments, gaining hands-on experience in different countries while contributing to the commercialization of autonomous driving technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a frontline technical owner for the deployment and operation of L4 autonomous driving systems in real-world environments\n\nLead and execute system-level testing and validation, ensuring robust performance across diverse road, traffic, and environmental conditions\n\nConduct functional, performance, and safety testing, ensuring readiness for pilot and commercial deployment\n\nSupport and oversee on-site vehicle testing and fleet operations in Singapore or other countries, working closely with customers and partners\n\nPerform data analysis and root cause investigation, identifying issues and driving continuous improvement of system performance and stability\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (autonomy software, hardware, cloud, TPM) to resolve complex system-level issues\n\nParticipate in international deployments, supporting system rollout, localization, and operation in new regions\n\nContribute to improving deployment processes, testing methodologies, and operational best practices for scalable global rollout\n\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or related domains;
