Global Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project Manager to join our research and development center in Singapore, focusing on the deployment, testing, and operation of autonomous driving vehicles for Singapore launched projects. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch engineers to explore cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies and translate them into commercial deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery as the single accountable owner (DRI), ensuring success across scope, schedule, cost, and quality

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery, operations, and project closure

• Proactively manage risks and issues, driving mitigation, escalation, and RCA to ensure stable project execution

• Act as the primary technical interface for customers and regulators, aligning requirements and driving solution delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional resources and continuously improve processes to enable scalable and efficient execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

• Proven experience in technical project/program management for complex systems (e.g., autonomous driving, automotive, or robotics)

• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities in a global environment

• Solid understanding of system development lifecycle, integration, and large-scale deployment processes

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory

• Experience in autonomous driving or automotive industry

• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance environments

• Experience working with global customers and cross-regional teams
