This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams and development teams to define product strategy, manage the product backlog, and maximize business value across Informatica MDM initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain a transparent product backlog, re-evaluate customer Master Data and process needs and continually balance priorities of the product across maintenance and strategic initiatives\n\nReview product features as they are developed, providing feedback and guidance.\n\nParticipate as a member of the Agile Team, attend Scrum Events, and is responsible for defining epics and stories including Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done\n\nInteracts with a diverse set of stakeholders, including Senior Management, business and technology teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners\n\nRepresent the needs of many stakeholders in the Product Backlog and work directly with delivery teams as the voice of the customer\n\nDrive cohesion across the team but focus efforts on the desired features, while ensuring that each team member is able to contribute to the product’s goals\n\nProvide clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements\n\nParticipate in Agile SDLC activities, including planning, refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives. Provide support to manage iteration planning and refinement of user stories. Spotlight inter-dependencies among cross-product development teams to ensure seamless delivery\n\nCollaborate with other POs, and Product Executives to ensure the vision of the product is being met and that the product backlog is aligned with the program backlog\n\nCoordinate closely with the Product Executive to ensure alignment with the Outcome Based Product Roadmap and Objectives and Key base objects, hierarchy management, and downstream publishing.\n\nExperience in Hub/Console, Java, Active VOS, Provisioning\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience required.\n\n6 or more years’ experience as a Product Owner with Agile facilitation background, working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)\n\nGood to have, knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and cloud-based data management solutions.\n\nGood to have understanding of match and merge processes, including survivorship rules, trust scores, fuzzy matching, and golden record creation.\n Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and/or Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).\n Knowledge of real-time and batch integration patterns, SIF APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and messaging technologies.\n\nAdvanced Agile/ Scrum development background\n\nFamiliarity in
