The successful candidate will ensure that all works are completed efficiently, safely and in accordance with project specifications, technical standards and client requirements.\nResponsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair activities of M&E systems to ensure project completion within schedule and specifications\nMonitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards\nCommunicate technical information clearly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve issues and align expectations\nReview and verify technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities to validate M&E system performance\nConduct site inspections to assess work quality and ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards\nIdentify technical problems during project execution and implement effective solutions promptly\nPrepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation to support project tracking and decision-making\nEnsure all works comply with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and client requirements\nCoordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials, equipment, and work schedules to optimize resource use\nParticipate actively in project meetings by providing accurate updates on work progress and challenges\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management to support project and organizational goals\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline\nBasic knowledge of M&E systems and building maintenance operations\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project interactions\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nDemonstrated responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn\nSkills\nSystem Commissioning, Identifying Project Issues, Project Quality Management, Managing Subcontractors, Project
