The program supports the children and youth of National Guard Soldiers and Airmen nationwide, and this team builds the dashboards leaders rely on to understand how those services are reaching Guard families. In this role, you will build Qlik Sense data models and dashboard visualization solutions, create data visualizations and dashboards that present insights to end users, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBuilds Qlik Sense data models and dashboard visualization solutions in support of mission critical work.\nCreates data visualizations and dashboards to present insights to end users, driving improved decision making for leaders at the highest levels of the client organization.\nAnalyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, becoming an expert in the data and its applications.\nFollows and enhances BI standards across the team, including keeping up to date with Qlik Sense product enhancements and best practices.\nEnsures optimal end user performance by establishing and consistently executing system performance assessment processes and associated action plans.\nSupports the design and development of data models, ensuring data integrity and relevance.\nCommunicates and coordinates with teams to accomplish objectives.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with demonstrated hands on experience with technologies such as Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas\nProficiency in Qlik, Tableau\nDetail oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality results with little direction/oversight\nComfortable using AI tools to improve product quality and delivery speed\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nRecent DoW experience\nPrevious experience with Advana or the War Data Platform\n3+ years of experience with Qlik Sense data modeling and building dashboards and data visualizations\n3+ years of experience with Qlik Sense, including styling Qlik Sense apps using CSS\nFamiliarity with database systems, SQL queries, and programming languages such as Python\nEDUCATION\nB.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. in a related field\nLOCATION\nRemote\nCLEARANCE\nActive Secret security clearance required\nU.S. citizenship is required\nCLIENT\nOffice of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness (OUSW P&R), National Guard Child and Youth Program (NGCYP) - Booz Allen Hamilton subcontract\nWORK HOURS\nFull-time position\nEMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION\nEmployment Classification Eligibility - W2\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range: $100,000 - $165,000\nBenefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options\nWest 4th Strategy is an Equal Opportunity (EEO) employer.
