The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nSummary of Responsibilities\nThe Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility, enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically .NET, React, Message Systems, and agentic application development. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you’ll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. Join us and be part of a growing team shaping the future of enterprise software!\nRequirements\n.NET & REST expertise \nMicroservices experience. \nReact & React Hooks \nFamiliarity with API specification and practices. \nAgentic development techniques, including agent and workflow orchestration, tool/function calling, human-in-the-loop patterns, and secure, observable agent design. \nAutomated unit, integration, and regression testing. \nCI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud. \nContinuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices. \nReview and oversight of peer proposals and solutions. \nPractical Experience With One Or More Of The Following\nEnterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, A2A, RAG, etc.) \nCloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred). \nEvent driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus) \nPreferred Education and Training\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience\nSalary Statement\nThe salary range for this position is $96,842 - $121,053. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
