While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates who share our vision and commitment to excellence, but do not necessarily have all of these qualifications for this and similar positions.\nRequired skills/qualifications:\nBachelor or Associates degree in electrical engineering or similar and 2-7 years of professional experience in PCB layout design\nUnderstanding of PCB design/fabrication processes, limitations and design rules\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and apply best design practices and procedures for each PCB layout\nProficiency with IPC standards for PCB design and manufacturing\nExperience using Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro or similar PCB layout design tools\nExperience with developing component libraries and library management\nExperience with a variety of board types, including high layer count (10+ layers), digital designs and power electronics\nExperience with creating PCB fabrication and assembly drawings\nFamiliar with basic signal and power integrity rules and how those can affect PCB layout\nAmbitious spirit with a willingness to take on challenges, learn from mistakes and execute assignments\nGood written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with others\nPreferred skills/qualifications:\nExperience with high-speed digital interfaces and controlled impedance routing requirements\nExperience with flex circuits\nExperience with high-pin density packages and layout such as FPGAs\nSalary Range:\n$95,000- $156,000.
