You will play a critical role in client engagements, driving business process improvements, system implementations, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful NetSuite deployments. \nResponsibilities \nSupport client-facing NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. \nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices. \nConfigure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs. \nDevelop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality. \nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients. \nAssess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities. \nConduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency. \nWork closely with West Monroe’s cross-functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their NetSuite needs. \nQualifications \n1-4 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support experience. \nStrong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain. \nExperience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is a plus. \nProven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \nExperience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly preferred. \nKnowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail. \nNetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable. \nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities. \nAbility to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship \nAbility to travel up to 30 to 50%. \nBased on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.\nEmployees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
