Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the Northwest Arkansas area to enable regular in-person client collaboration as business needs require.\nWhat You'll Do\nClient Delivery\nPartner with business and technology leaders to define cloud strategies, roadmaps, and enterprise Google Cloud architectures aligned to business goals.\n\nLead the design of Google Cloud solutions across infrastructure, applications, data, analytics, AI, and integration to support modernization initiatives.\n\nAssess current environments, define target-state architectures, and communicate technical recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to executive and technical stakeholders.\n\nGuide cloud migration and modernization programs from planning through implementation, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.\n\nCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to establish architecture standards, review technical designs, and maintain delivery quality across multiple engagements.\n\nApply deep technical expertise to solve complex client challenges while enabling project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.\n\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.\n\nApply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.\n\nBusiness Development\nServe as a trusted technical advisor during client pursuits, discovery workshops, and executive presentations.\n\nContribute to solution development, proposals, estimates, and technical positioning while identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.\n\nRepresent West Monroe through technical thought leadership, Google Cloud partnerships, and industry events.\n\nPractice Development\nHelp grow West Monroe's Google Cloud practice by developing reusable architecture assets, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nMentor consultants and engineers, sharing technical expertise and fostering architectural excellence.\n\nStay current on Google Cloud innovations and emerging technologies while supporting recruiting, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive team culture.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions, including significant experience with Google Cloud Platform.\n\nExpertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity, application architecture, integration, and data platforms.\n\nExperience leading enterprise cloud modernization, migration, or cloud-native initiatives from strategy through implementation.\n\nAbility to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions and communicate architecture decisions to executive and technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional consulting and engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.\n\nExperience supporting retail, consumer products, supply chain, or other large-scale enterprise organizations is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud data and analytics, AI and machine learning services, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices.\n\nGoogle Cloud certifications, including Professional Cloud Architect, are strongly preferred.\n\nExperience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.\n\nReside in or be willing to relocate to the Northwest Arkansas area to support regular in-person collaboration with client stakeholders as business needs require.\n\nAbility to travel 25 to 50%.\n\nA commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.\n\nAbility to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.\n\nLocation: Remote - Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville Area)\nBased on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
