service offerings, accelerators, and market opportunities.\nSkills & Requirements\nSoftware Engineering & Architecture\n10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology delivery.\nDeep expertise designing and delivering enterprise-scale software applications and digital products.\nStrong proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, or equivalent technologies.\nStrong experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and distributed systems.\nExperience with Agile software delivery methodologies and leading cross-functional engineering teams.\nDeep experience with on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
