And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nJob Summary\nThis role supports employee training activities, including maintaining training materials, documentation, competency assessments, certification records, and training system data. It works with leaders and stakeholders to help ensure training is completed, compliant with GMP/GDP and operational requirements, and aligned with business needs. The role also supports training updates, data review, skill gap identification, and continuous improvement activities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOwn and manage assigned areas of the employee training system / Learning Management System (LMS), including training material development and documentation, competency frameworks, certification, and practical assessment processes.\nOversee and collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain training standards and governance to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and business/operational requirements.\nAnalyze training matrix data and develop performance metrics to identify skill gaps, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.\nConduct and facilitate training and competency assessments using various methods (e.g., classroom, on-the-job, one-on-one coaching) in accordance with approved training materials.\nCoordinate with department heads and people managers to align training initiatives with business objectives through structured training needs analysis and implementation processes.\nRegularly update training programs to reflect changes in company policies, procedures, and technologies.\nMaintain production training documentation and related materials to meet audit, compliance, and employee training requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall training system effectiveness and operational performance.\nProvide support in training systems, digital transformation, and continuous improvement activities as needed to help ensure continuity of operations.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation\nRecognized bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience \nRecognized Diploma in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience may also be considered\nWork Experience\nAble to strictly adhere with all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy\nSupport and contribute to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programs and activities towards delivery of the set target\nAble to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times\nAble to comply with the company’s quality policy at all timesGMP/GDP Compliance and Application for all work processes, Job-related SOI/WIs, as assigned in Learning Management System (LMS)\n\nDemonstrate communication, training and leadership skills desired in a role\nPhysical Requirements\nMedium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.\nAdditional Requirements\nNoise level in the work environment is usually light to moderate.
