And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nJob Summary\nIn this role you will be a part of the HR team partnering the HR Manager and/or hiring managers in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all non-exempt level positions in Singapore manufacturing operations. As a subject matter expert, you will also provide expertise advice, support and analytical data on talent acquisition to both internal stakeholders.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for blue collars operators and technicians through a consultative approach in resolving hiring needs.\nGather market information to increase West’s competitiveness with the latest compensation and benefits data.\nPlan and forecast hiring needs through strategic alignment with the business.\nPerform sourcing, pre-screening, selection, interview, coordinate on-site interview sessions and extending offer to candidates and coordinating for pre-employment checkups.\nEnsure timely job postings and responses to applicants.\nSource and participate in external recruitment events for brand awareness and conduct interview sessions.\nPromote company brand awareness and engage with various institutions and government agencies for attracting candidates to build local core workforce.\nAccurately track and report recruitment activity data to support HR metrics.\nLead and/or participate in special, global/HR related projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.\nEducation\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment.\nPrior recruiting experience from recruitment agency, pharmaceutical, medical device and/or healthcare related industries will be highly advantageous but not mandatory.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nLanguage - Strong written and verbal proficiency in English\nLegal - Familiar with local legislation and tripartite guidelines related to the talent acquisition process.\nStakeholder Management - ability to effectively prioritize and manage both internal and external stakeholders and candidates.\nDrive for Results/Closure - strong follow up skills with a healthy sense of urgency to close positions in the most effective manner.\nResilience and Prioritizing - has an open mind and flexibility to adapt and refine approaches to thrive in an environment with numerous stakeholders.\nTechnology Savvy - strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, ATS and technology/portals commonly used for recruiting.\nCreativity - Ability to think-out-of-the-box and beyond the usual channels/tactics to compete for talents in the market.\nAble and is aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy and as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description\nSupport and contribute in Lean Six Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.\nAble to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times.\nWest is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
