Perform safety checks and servicing on the presses.\nTroubleshoot SPC and measurement devices. Check and note any repairs in the Logbook.\nPerform second vision verification during set ups.\nProvide all paperwork/materials to assembly floor for “next order”.\nObtain raw materials from warehouse for new orders. Provide to appropriate machine areas as needed.\nRemove trash and scrap from assembly area and place in appropriate containers/receptacles.\nScan labels on WIP and Finished Good product as required.\nGuide and function as a coach for the work of new or less experienced operators and support personnel while working in a team-oriented fast paced environment.\nRelieve operations of areas through directed break schedules.\nWork with Quality team to ensure accurate and timely batch record review and provide feedback to necessary parties.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nAdhere to all company policies.\nMust observe all good housekeeping practices.\nPerforms other duties as assigned based on business needs as directed by Area Manager(s), Production Manager and/or Director, Ops.\nConforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.\nExhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.\nSafety glasses, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nMust possess an acute attention to detail.\nBasic computer skills, i.e. use a mouse/keyboard.\nAbility to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nGeneral use of computer work station and ability to use SAP commands is preferred.\nMust be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.\nMust be able to train and guide others as required.\nMust be able to read and write in English.\nAt a minimum, the following tests need to be passed:20/20 vision at approximately 45 cm (18 inches) from eye, with or without correction lens\nColor blindness\n\nMust be able to distinguish defective parts.\nMust be able to lift 35 lb. box and move a distance of 10 yards.\nManufacturing environment.\nMust be able to express and exchange ideas with employees.\nMust be able to build strong relationships with direct reports and peers.\nTravel Requirements\n5%: Up to 13 business days per year\nPhysical Requirements\nMedium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.\nShift\nApplicants will be
