This is a key technical role responsible for the creation of test plan, test cases and test reports for the development activities as per the Customer requirement spec. The role involves hands-on work around validation and testing, quality-oriented validation test and reporting activities across the various projects or programs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nUnderstanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation methodologies, manufacturing / production process control methodologies, and servicing.\nWork closely with hardware and firmware engineers to develop test strategy.\nWork on Design Verification and Validation test activities\nExperience with electronic test equipment\nPerform Design FMEA with guidance for the hardware and software module by discussing with hardware/Software design engineers and principal Architect\nReport defects found during testing on the test management system and track defect status periodically.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot root cause problems with the product.\nSuccessfully communicate appropriate project information to cross functional teams.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-SM\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree Computer Science required or\nBachelor's Degree Information systems required \nWork Experience\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience. required \nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSoftware reliability and automation tools.\nMust have understanding on Hardware and Software Development tools.\nTravel Requirements\n10%: Up to 26 business days per year\nPhysical Requirements\nSedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
