And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nJob Summary\nTheInventory & Logistics Analyst is a fully onsite role responsible for inventory analysis, stock accuracy, and cycle count support. Participates in global inventory forums, provides data-driven insights, and supports decisions on slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Also supports ongoing logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination across supply chain functions and efficient execution of daily activities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMonitor, track, and manage all inventory transactions in SAP daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nSupport and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles across all warehouse locations, including subcontractors.\nAnalyze inventory discrepancies and liaise with Finance to investigate and resolve variances.\nRepresent the site logistics team in monthly global inventory forums and present key insights, risks, and action plans.\nAddress and follow up on MRB (Material Review Board) and QA-related inventory issues, ensuring proper disposition.\nAnalyze inventory trends (slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock) and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure inventory master data accuracy (material status, location, parameters) in SAP.\nSupport logistics operations and coordinate with transportation, warehousing, and procurement teams to resolve issues.\nMaintain and track inventory KPIs (accuracy, aging, write-offs, count performance).\n Prepare and present inventory reports and dashboards to management.\n Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.\nOther duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBA in Logistics/ Industrial Engineering or Practical Eng with 1-3 years relative work experience.\nFluent in English- verbal and written.\nExperience in logistics/inventory.\nSystem oriented and high analytical skills.\nExperience in ERP system- SAP highly preferred.\nProficient of Office systems.\nPreferred Knowledge, languages, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to work under pressure.\nHigh learning ability.\nOrder and organization.\nMotivated team player.\nAnalytical strength and autonomous, self-reliant, and proactive work style.\nAbility of finding creative solutions to challenging situations, a “can do” approach.\nRelevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nTravel Requirements\nTraveling to Subcontractors/ Warehouse within the northern district and occasional visits to the Raanana site.\nPhysical Requirements\nVery Heavy/ Heavy/ Medium/ Light/ Sedentary: Medium\nLicense and Certifications\nDriver's license required\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be able to work assigned shift(s) with overtime as required to complete assignments if necessary. Sitting and/or standing for extended periods may occur as well as getting to and from offices and building sites. If specifically necessitated by customer requirements, must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences for product and safety issues. Hearing ability should be sufficient to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet.
