And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nNo relocation is provided for this opportunity.\nThis is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.\n Job Summary\nThis role requires approximately 15% travel.\nThe Program Manager has responsibility for supporting the delivery and execution of functional programs (customer, operational, project or service).\nAreas of responsibility of this role will include working with global functions to ensure the execution of large scale and impacting programs remain on track financially, scope is managed, and quality is delivered. This role will be responsible for identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, critical items, risks, and issues. They will communicate at all levels of the organization and be responsible for recognizing and engaging key stakeholders quickly and early in the process. Leads programs with high resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead and oversee key global Operations projects, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across regions, business units, and stakeholders. \nManage program financials and project data, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI tracking, labor accruals, and maintaining accurate records in the West Project Management System.\nDrive and support portfolio management activities by preparing business cases, project plans, budgets, and required artifacts to meet governance standards and overall program objectives. \nStrengthen project team performance by addressing knowledge or skill gaps, fostering collaboration, and communicating key program goals, objectives, and monthly phase-gate/strategic updates. \nEducation\nSuccessfully completed studies in project management, engineering, science, or business\nWork Experience\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management or Operations Management in process-based manufacturing required\nIt's beneficial to have experience within the GMP or pharmaceutical environment\nTrack record of successfully managing global large-scale, high-risk programs and multiple globally dispersed individuals and disciplines\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nFluent English skills and preferably conversational Danish skills\nProfessional Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Applications, including Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Project\nMust possess the ability to influence others without direct authority\nAbility to prepare and deliver reports \nHigh level of communication skills with ability to communicate on different levels and global and cross-functional teams\nPay Transparency:\nThe annual base salary range for this position is kr735,768.00 - kr936,432.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.\nThis position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
