In this role, you will be responsible for the professional management of reception-related activities and will make a significant contribution to ensuring an organized, service-oriented, and secure day-to-day operation. In addition to supporting visitors and internal contacts, you will also handle organizational and administrative tasks and help ensure compliance with defined reception and security processes.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProfessional reception and support of visitors, guests, suppliers, and employees\nReceiving, handling, and forwarding incoming phone calls and inquiries\nManaging organizational and administrative tasks in the reception area\nEnsuring smooth and professional operations at the reception desk\nCoordinating visitor registrations and managing visitor badges and reception documents\nSupporting access control procedures and compliance with relevant security requirements\nCarrying out general administrative and organizational tasks in the reception and office area\nCooperating with internal departments to ensure efficient processes\nEducation\nSuccessfully completed training in a commercial/business-related field or in the hotel and hospitality industry is desirable\nWork Experience\nInitial relevant professional experience is desirable\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProfessional attitude and appearance, along with a strong sense of responsibility\nFriendly, confident, and positive demeanor, with a highly developed service-oriented mindset\nVery precise and structured way of working, reliability, and flexibility\nOrganizational skills\nIntercultural competence\nVery good language skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage\nPay Transparency:\nThe annual base salary range for this position is €33,968.00 - €43,232.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.\nThis position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
