And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\n Job Summary\nIn this hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote), the Sr. Associate, Manufacturing will be leading Engineering activities, such as engineering projects and processes, NPI projects, Leading HS&E activities and more.\nThe Sr. Associate, Manufacturing will also coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within Engineering. Formulate, plan, and execute completion of projects in conjunction with technical leads to targeted timelines in a manner compliant to applicable governance policies and procedures. This role is responsible for compiling reporting status and critical issues to management and customers, provides analysis for project plans and schedules to identify critical path(s), optimize plans, facilitate discussions between team members. In addition, perform validation of manufacturing equipment, issue documentation such as: validation reports/ protocols, SOP’s and Technical docs, on site production support inc. machine repair, failure investigation and more.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nLead and manage High volume cross functional and cross organizational engineering projects. \nPlan, track, and manage program schedules in DevOps and Microsoft Project.\nDrives transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations. Analyze, Forecast and Report the program budget.\nMonitor resource needs and issues, work closely with resource managers to develop action plans to ensure program commitments remain on track. Compliments team deficiencies and drives financial accountability\nSupport the development of business cases on assigned programs and track ROI for business initiatives including cost, benefits, and risk.\nKnowledge transfer and updating from R&D to Production Floor, for new products, new manufacturing process, new equipment, machines.\nEducation\nB.Sc. Mechanical Engineering degree required\nWork Experience\nExperience: at least 5-8 years in similar roles managing cross organizational large-scale projects in matrix structure with a multidisciplinary team (Engineering, QA, R&D, RA etc.). Responsible and accountable to meet project scope , timeline And budget. Experience in using project management tool such as MS Project. Experience in process engineering based on manufacturing automation (assembly and packaging machine), experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), experience in writing technical docs in english such as validation protocol, report, technical docs, SOP’s ad more. “Hands on” experience in repairing Automated machinery equipment.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to manage projects in a matrix structure.\nAbility to work under pressure.\nExcellent Interpersonal communication.\nAbility to work independently self-directed.\nAnalytical problem-solving skills.\nProven Technical experience and knowledge.\nCreativity.\nExcellence learning skills.\nExcellent organizational skills including the ability to efficiently evaluate, prioritize and handle multiple and changing projects.\nExperience with Windows office and Solid works.\nFluent in Hebrew and English: Writing/ Reading/ Speaking.\nTravel Requirements\n10%: Up to 26 business days per year\nPhysical Requirements\nMedium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.\nAdditional Requirements\nSelf-motivated and solution-oriented personality.\nExcellent written and verbal skills.\nGood communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.\nGood organizational skills.\nEffective problem-solving skills.\nMust wear safety toe shoes, safety goggles, and hearing protection, as required, in production areas.\nMust follow and comply with Plant’s Dress and Hygiene Code (SOI).\nMust follow and comply with all Company and Plant policies, procedure (SOIs), rules and State and Federal laws\nWest embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
