And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an IT professional to join our Horsens site, acting as service desk support for site users and production-related needs. This role will be responsible for handling service requests, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and coordination with global IT teams to support site operations and project delivery.\nThis is a fixed-term 9-month position with the possibility of extension.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAct as service desk support for the Horsens site, handling requests for service delivery and incident resolution.\nRespond to support needs through phone, Teams calls, and Jira tickets, and troubleshoot issues to resolution or escalation as needed.\nWork with global IT teams on current and new project delivery impacting the Horsens site, including network, infrastructure, and software-related activities.\nProvide support for MES production systems, LAN servers and network from the perspective of local IT, software installations, and deployment of end-user devices including computers, peripherals, printers, pocket PC scanners, and company mobile phones.\nUse relevant IT tools and platforms.\nParticipate in weekly team's calls and any other required calls affecting IT Horsens.\nFollow relevant security protocols, SOPs, and quality standards in all support activities.\nParticipate in out-of-office/on-call rotation for answering calls and resolving production issues remotely or on site when required.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nWork Experience\nMinimum one year experience in information technology support, including hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, user devices, and site-based infrastructure.\nExperience supporting manufacturing or production environments is a plus. \nProfessional and Personal Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and support in Microsoft environments.\nKnowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, VMware vSphere, Veeam, Apple JAMF, and similar infrastructure technologies.\nExperience supporting MES or other production support systems.\nExperience with service desk tools, ticket queues, and handling incidents and service requests, preferably in Jira.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both local users and global technical teams.\nStructured and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow procedures, maintain documentation, and work within applicable security and quality requirements.\nFluent Danish language skills are required.\nGood working proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.\nLicense and Certifications\nMicrosoft, Cisco, and vSphere certifications or relevant training are a plus.\nPay Transparency:\nThe annual base salary range for this position is kr440,400.00 - kr560,500.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.\nThis position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
